Chidinma U. Harley, Esq.

 

Ms. Harley is a partner and founding member of Pervaiz & Harley PLLC. She brings the firms foundational principles of diligence, passion, creativity and integrity to every case that she handles. Ms. Harley understands the challenging matters her clients face and she values the trust every client puts in her to help them navigate these issues.  She is a caring attorney who listens to the needs, hopes, fears and wants of her clients and fights tirelessly to ensure they receive the best results.  Ms. Harley's clients are her top priority. 

 

Ms. Harley began her legal career in New Jersey where she practiced family law for several years as a Deputy Attorney General; focusing in the area of child protection. After moving to the D.C. metro area she continued her legal career in Washington, D.C.  where she worked on large scale litigation matters for various law firms in the city. Ms. Harley has criminal law experience she gained from her time with the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Criminal Law Clinic at the Leflar Law Center in Fayetteville. She also has experience with business formation from her time clerking at a small firm in Virginia. Ms. Harley’s current focus is to use her experience to provide the people of Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia with focused quality legal representation in the areas of family law, criminal defense and personal injury.
