Sabahat (Saba) Pervaiz, Esq.

 

Ms. Pervaiz is a partner and one of the founding members of Pervaiz & Harley PLLC. Ms. Pervaiz strives to ensure that each and every client is guaranteed effective legal representation from the beginning of their case until the end.  Ms. Pervaiz accomplishes this through her experience, dilligent work ethic, dedication and passion that she has for the law and serving her clients.  Ms. Pervaiz is an excellent communicator, which ensures that her clients are routinely kept up to date on their cases and that her client’s purpose and goals are accomplished.

 

During her legal career, Ms. Pervaiz has successfully worked in a variety of legal settings including law firms practicing business, family law, immigration and complex litigation matters, the federal government, a criminal defense clinic, served as associate editor for the UMD Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender and Class, a nonprofit organization for indigent defense, and various courts such as Maryland’s highest court, the Court of Appeals, and for the first lady of Maryland in the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore City.

 

Ms. Pervaiz is a native of northern Virginia and comes from a family of small business owners.  She understands the demanding lifestyle of her clients and remains flexible in order to meet their needs.  She primarily focuses on Business, Family and Criminal Law. Potential and current clients should rest assured that she will fight zealously to provide her clients with effective assistance of counsel throughout every stage of representation to ensure a more favorable outcome.

 

Ms. Pervaiz is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
